Interior spaces
This five-bedroom gîte on two levels features a typical troglodytic cellar of the Saumur region with magnificent vaulted ceilings, galleries, and a skylight beneath which is a seven-person jacuzzi.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a television and wood-burning stove, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, adjoining a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility and a laundry room.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with Their en-suite shower room (shower and sink) opens onto the bedroom, and there are also two further bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, and two separate toilets.

The sheets and the towels are provided. From two nights, linen is included in the price. For one night stays we ask €10 per person.

Interior spaces
This elegantly finished, five-bedroom cottage has been renovated using high-quality materials, in keeping with the tradition of the tuffeau stone houses of the Loire Valley.
On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen/dining room with a beautiful (non-functional) fireplace, a table seating 14, and all the necessary cooking equipment. You will also appreciate the living room with a television, the first double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, discover a master suite with an open-plan bathroom and separate WC. This suite provides access to an enclosed area with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed.
On this floor you will also find a double bedroom and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.Outdoor spaces
In an outbuilding of the cottage, you will find a large jacuzzi that can comfortably accommodate about ten people. The pool, made of Balinese stone, is equipped with massage jets. Access is secure.
You will appreciate the charming garden, on two levels, with several fruit trees, and relaxing on the terrace with a large table for 14 people.
One parking space is located in front of the cottage. Four parking spaces are located a one-minute walk from the cottage. It is also easy to park on the street in front of the cottage.
